Week 28- Robyn Anne Piper

Sometimes I have a harder time than usual choosing one quote for a Picture’s Worth image; “eternity” was one of these images.  I could have continued finding suitable quotes for, well… it seems like an eternity!

I’ve included additional quotes below the image; you tell me: do you like one of the alternates better than the one I finally chose?

I think the quote I chose could work quite well for a sympathy card.  What do you think?  Here are the other quotes:

*”Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice… but for those who love, time is eternity.”
-Henry Van Dyke
(I think this would also work as a sympathy card.)

*”Everything that ever happened is still happening. Past, present and future keep happening in the eternity which is Here and Now.”
-James Broughton

*”If time is not real, then the dividing line between this world and eternity, between suffering and bliss, between good and evil, is also an illusion.”
-Herman Hesse

“It’s ironic that in our culture everyone’s biggest complaint is about not having enough time; yet nothing terrifies us more than the thought of eternity.”
-Dennis Miller

*”Love is a symbol of eternity. It wipes out all sense of time, destroying all memory of a beginning and all fear of an end.”
-Madame de Stael

*”No man can pass into eternity, for he is already in it.”
-Frederic William Farrar

*”Only a philosophy of eternity, in the world today, could justify non-violence.”
-Albert Camus

*”Space is to place as eternity is to time.”
-Joseph Joubert
