My Magical Bloody Mary Recipe

64 oz V8

32 oz Clamato juice

¼ c jalapeño juice

2 tbs olive juice

½ c lime juice

2 tbs Worchestershire sauce

1 tbs Tabasco or Cholula hot sauce

2 tbs horseradish

3 chopped fresh garlic cloves

2 tsp celery salt

2 tsp cilantro

salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste


Monterey Steak Seasoning

celery stalks

jumbo shrimp

bleu cheese and garlic stuffed green olives

jalapeño peppers

Absolut Peppar vodka – accept no substitutes

Blend all together (not the garnishes or vodka) and let sit over night. The marinating is key! These amounts are all estimates. I never measure anything for this recipe. Rim the class with the steak seasoning. Pour a 3 count of vodka over ice. Fill with bloody mary mix. Stick a stalk of celery in there. Hang a great big shrimp over the edge. Jab a toothpick through a bleu cheese stuffed olive, then a jalapeño, followed by a garlic stuffed olive, and add it to the top of the drink.
